Traditional cuisine

Everything is natural and made as once: our pastry chef bakes bread and sweets every morning. All the pastas served are homemade with high quality raw materials.. The comeback to the origin and the respect of original Valtellina recipes characterize the menus, full of imagination, in an expert interaction between tradition and excellent local products.

Grilled meat cuisine and historical Bitto

The grilled meat, that must be tasted, is one of our most wanted specialty. In the menu, you will also find the best selections of the famous cheese Bitto, protected by Slow Food.
