A return to roots

Our commitment to a return to roots and to the rediscovery of some genuine recipes of the valley led us to re-propose some traditional dishes that have disappeared from the menus of most restaurants in Valtellina.

In addition, La Brace proposes culinary delights based on the revival of  lost traditional recipes and offers the opportunity to sample delicacies from bygone days.
